Residence permit in Turkey   

If you own a property in Turkey and wish to obtain a residence permit, you can apply for it at local police department.
You will need the following documents:

• Passport

• 5 passport sized photos

• Tax number obtained in Turkey

• Tapu copy

• Bank statement of 200 euro for each month of your residence in Turkey in your Turkish bank account

You must apply and then get the ready residence permit in person.
If residence permit is to be issued to a child under age and one of the parents, deed of consent from the other parent or death certificate will be required together with birth certificate of the child, all translated to Turkish and certified by notary public.
Note that the duration of the first residence permit differs depending on your citizenship.
